An article which appears in the U.S. Catholic entitled Real Presence reminds us again that we are a church that is catholic with a small “c” as well as a capital “C”. We are inclusive. We follow a single shepherd whether we are physically, emotionally, mentally, or developmentally challenged-or not. We are all called to worship and to serve the church in whatever way we are able. The message contained in the article is an Advent gift leading us to a better understanding of the presence of Christ which manifests itself when we worship as one body, regardless of our differences!
