What is Alpha?

Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Catholic faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. It is a significant way for churches to answer call for the New Evangelization. Typically Alpha has ten sessions, which include food, a short talk, and a time of small group discussion where participants can share their thoughts and ask questions.
Presenter Deacon Steve Mitchell, National Director for Alpha in a Catholic Context, as he shares the encouraging impact of Alpha on Catholic churches and how it is helping to spread the Good News of Jesus throughout the United States.
