  1. Opening Prayer – The Our Father and Special Intentions
    • Find a special place to say the prayer together.
    • Say the “Our Father” together
    • Offer Special Intentions for those you would like to pray for.

  3.  Guided Questions: Here are some questions to assist with parent child Dialogue.
      1. “God isn’t only concerned with our physical bodies but He is concerned for our souls.” What does Brother Francis say is one way God provides for us a healthy soul? Through the Eucharist
      2. What does Eucharist mean? Thanksgiving
      3. What are we thankful for in the Eucharist? The sacrifice that Jesus gave when he died on the cross for you and me. The Eucharist is the gift of Jesus Christ himself.
      4. Who betrayed Jesus and how did he betray him? Judas and he turned Jesus into the officials who arrested Jesus.
      5. When do you hear the words, “This is my Body. This is my Blood. Do this in remembrance of me.” At Mass.
      6. What is a parable?  A story Jesus would use to teach a lesson.
      7. What was your favorite part of the parable? Answer will vary
      8. What stood out to you most about the story of Blessed Imelda?

  1. Have the child write a reflection regarding what stood out to them most in the video.
  2. The submission should be no less than 2 sentences and no more than 4 sentences.
