FROM SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY-WESTBOUND:

  1. Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 13 (CENTRAL AVENUE/LINDEN BLVD)
  2. Make Left at Traffic Light at End of Exit Ramp
  3. Go Under Parkway Overpass. Proceed onto Central Avenue South for approximately One Mile.
  4. Blessed Sacrament Church will be on your Left. Make Left-Hand Turn onto McKeon Avenue. Church will be on your Left.

FROM THRONGS NECK BRIDGE:

  1. Bear Right when exiting from Bridge to CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY (SOUTH)
  2. Proceed on Cross Island Parkway a few miles to Southern State Parkway.
  3. Get off at Exit 13 (CENTRAL AVENUE). Proceed South for approximately One Mile.
  4. Blessed Sacrament Church will be on your Left. Make Left-Hand Turn onto McKeon Avenue. Church will be on your Left.
